    Couldn't see any alternative as the majority of our starting XI looked like they didn't want to perform for the manager. And he hasn't helped himself this season. Made worse by what he did last season. Very best of luck to him in the future.

    aye. there's a very old adage - 'if it isn't broke, don't try to fix it'. for reasons i will never understand, he didn't just try to fix it, he tried to totally dismantle it and go back to the losing formula he inherited in the first place.
