He got elbowed by Dawson, who got booked, then clattered by someone else moments later.

 

Maybe the ref decided it was &quot;intentional&quot; then.</p>

Although now having seen the highlights

It was a re-occurance on the ham-string that's forced him off and out not the elbow from Turner (which Turner was booked for!)

Our Bri didn't get a mention once in the commentary!

 

I was at the game, Turner caught him with a arm but not a bad elbow! He then injured his knee a few mins later and was wheeled along the touchline just as City scored from a header (free-kick) in-time for him to see

Apparently he'd only just been declared recovered from it. nt
