    48.2.3 Except for the specific circumstances provided for in Regulations 48.2.4, 48.2.5 and 49, the minimum duration of any Emergency Loan shall be 28 days and <font color="#ff0000">the maximum duration 93 days</font>. The loan period is inclusive of the starting date and the finishing date. Emergency Loans may contain a break clause but only where that break clause is exercisable after the expiry of the initial 28 day period of the Emergency Loan.
    </p>

    <font color="#ff0000"> 48.2.5 The Executive shall have discretion to extend the maximum duration of 93 days in extenuating circumstances, such circumstances to be determined in the Executive's absolute discretion.</font>
    </p>

    48.2.7 The cumulative total number of days of all Emergency Loans of one Player to the same Club may not exceed 93 days (unless extended by the Executive in accordance with the provisions of Regulation 48.2.5).</p>

    I thought he as a standard loan

    sorry but Standard loans are only for half a season-ie Nyatanga-or a full season

    there has to be a genuine reason like a flu epidemic sweeping the club or 15 of our 16 midfielders have all broken a leg-things like that</p>

    just saying-&quot;we think he's a good player and would all be sad to see him go&quot; doesn't really count :D </p>
