    Lost my voice 2nite...Morgan got the **** he deserves when he came near us... most of the time we got behind the team... even inthat 10 to 15 ,minutes when we can feel the game drifting... and a quality manager would feel that as well and make the necessary changes.....SIMON if you dont know when that happens in a game invite ME...into the dugout and I will tell you.......you need to learn to be pro active and not reactive.. once you made the changes... we came alive..... chasing lost causes and getting just reward..... making them panic by attacking, not sitting back.. inviting them on...

    sort JCR out hes not a superstar that runs the team he is a useful winger who when he plays to his strength can look very good.. roaming about infront of the back 4 doesnt scare anybody.... running at defenders from the wings does....we have good players who need to be coached into playing as a team.... Miffy made at least 4 great runs in the second half... only to be rewarded with the ball being played backwards...not in the channels where he could be dangerous..LEARN TO PLAY TO HIS STRENGTHS.. We played with great passion in the last 10 minutes....play with that passion for 90... and every body will fear us... [​IMG] [​IMG]

    I know everyone has said the team needed changing

    But the team that started the game drew 0-0. It wasn't until we brought on Hammill that we went a goal down. We then brought on Bogdanovic and conceded another goal.

    Agree with that mate.
    Time we started making teams worry about us rather than us worry about them.
    It's all about the coaching though. I'd love to know what what our players are (meant to be) learning in our training sessions.

    We controlled the first half... we struggled for the next 35 minutes....trying to hold on and scared them shitless the last 10 minutes because we ran at them with passion... the best method of defence is to ATTACK....

    I have to agree with that. The team that started the last three games will not lose many but will draw more than they win.
