    Few things on that - we not lowest average which is one plus.

    We yet to have a derby to bring in 15-16k.

    Ground is adequate for Prem, but overly large for our Championship crowds. But, would rather have 23000 seats ready for that occasions than have 10000 seats.

    Brighton best not let health and safety see this table .. ha ha
