    I did the 90 day challenge it was pretty good, but I joined another online group called '1000 days sober' - that fixed it for me.

    Just done 28 days but then went on holiday for 2 weeks and chalked on it.

    I have invisalign braces so for 22hrs a day l can only drink water:confused:

    How long is that for with Invisalign mate? I was thinking about getting them - are you pleased with them?

    26 aligners, first 1 stays in for 2 weeks and then a weekly change. Only 6 weeks in so far but l can see a change and my bottom teeth were really crowded, there's still a lot of movement to go but if it ends up the way the computer predicts it will be an amazing transformation. I'd recommend paying the full whack and going through the dentist and not these post to your home internet versions. I had to have gaps drilled between teeth and attachments put on by the dentist so l dont know how some of the Internet knock offs work.

    Bit of a ball ache brushing after every meal initially but you get used to it and l barely drink now due to them.

    I went alcohol-free in January of this year. Probably the longest drought / abstinence since I was 15ish.

    There is also a cheaper option, 'Quick Straight Teeth', which I'd never heard of but my dentist recommended. It's a bit cheaper than Invisalign (around £2500 for top and bottom as opposed to £4000+ for Invisalign). I could see my braces but to most people they were unnoticeable. Had them on about 10 months and the best decision in terms of my teeth i ever made. Good luck with the rest of your treatment mate.
