I've just renewed online but I've a feeling I may have paid twice! I went through all the questions, bank details etc then pressed confirm but it just looked like the page had refreshed so I did it again and to my horror it did the same thing as the previous time, do you think the system will realise I've maybe paid twice or will I have to go into club shop? Have you received two confirmation emails? And did you pick your seat? They can't have sold the same seat twice.
Had bit to fork out this month including my main hols and a lads hol, so decided to use that zebra finance thing and then pay it off later has the fee is less than the increase after early bird. I went through all the details and it just said something like app confirmed and the went back to the page asking how I want to pay and still had my tickets in the basket and counter saying I have 10 mins to complete purchase. Even now the ticket site says I need to renew. Not received any emails from Bfc or zebra finance. I know it may take a few days to be approved but I thought I may have had some acknowledgement that I have placed an order. So I have no idea if I have renewed or not on the plus side I did receive my signed copy of the faulty JPT dvd today
I may have to go through the process again then. I emailed the box office to ask if it was normal but got no reply. cheers
