Online ticket.... help.... I'm stuck !! (I think)

    I've just managed to order my ticket for Saturday, gone through the various screens, reached the point of selecting "collect or print at home", chose print at home, pressed complete purchase, then nowt happened.
    Tried several times...... sweet f.a.
    What is supposed to happen?
    What am I supposed to be printing off?
