lets vote how many people would gladly pay a booking fee to avoid having to stand in the cold outside all day and have to arrange time off work, to be able to click on a button and book tickets online

I reckon the people that will vote will all agree. We do however, have to cater for people who may not have internet access or knowledge, even in this day and age.

So you want a poll of internet users

over how many people would like to be able to book tickets on the internet (albeit with a booking fee)

Don't think the result of that would be a surprise!

the people that have internet access can have the ease of booking this way the ones that don't would have to queue, the queues would then be shorter. I would imagine the majority of people have internet access.
