Forest Blackpool Palace home Watford Plymouth away are all winnable
and a surprise against Wolves or Birmingham should see us with the requisite 50 points

We're making great progress then 3rd season in a row that we get to this stage in the season plotting 'winnable' games in order to avoid relegation.
Bottom 3 teams At least we don't have to play current bottom three again! How things change - after Tuesday I felt quite optimistic again. After yesterday, every game looks like another banana skin
I think you're forgetting that the Championship is apparently like the Champions League now in terms of quality, when comparing it when any other manager has been in charge. Davey is our equivalent of Sir Matt Buzby and we're lucky that we're hanging on to him for so long. Chairmen around the world will be watching his development with great interest, before he's scooped up by Rushden and Diamonds in a year or two.
Didn't go Saturday (boo poor supporter etc) but have spoken to several folk that did - apparently we've started playing everybody in the centre circle, and all passes should be made to JCR even when Mifsud has broken clear and has a run on goal if played in.
According to Davey the conditions were difficult etc etc.
He's had pretty much every player he's wanted provided by Mr Cryne, and here we are, just above the relegation zone yet again. For what it's worth I think a manager should be given at least 3 full seasons to get a team playing how he wants them to. However, can Davey take us forwards ? It looks doubtful at the moment, but if not, he cannot complain that he hasn't been backed by the owner.

50 pints not good enough...Patrick Cryne wants mid table... As far as Cryne is concerned, Barnsley's progress won't be ending there. "I think we can move on and we want to get into the top half this season," he said. "If we get into that top half we can say it has been a good season by the standards we set ourselves, which is year-on-year improvement. "We want to finish higher in the league than we did last season and, ideally, for us to say that we have made decent progress we want to be in the middle of the table by the end of the season. http://www.yorkshireeveningpost.co.uk/yorkshire-soccer/BARNSLEY-We39re-on-the-up.4841474.jp
Therefore Patrick Cryne should be the first person to accept Davey has failed and get rid at the end of the season
Even the best teams have performances like Saturday. Taken in isolation it's nowt to get worried about. Trouble is, it comes after a run of games where we've scored just two goals in six matches, so it's the norm rather than an exception. I really don't know if we've got enough goals in us to escape relegation.
From what I've been told it was as bad as the Ipswich performance. And we nearly threw 3 points away at Hillsbro by dropping deep and inviting pressure on.
Think Mifsud could give us that edge but we have to play to his strengths. Controversial view - blessing in disguise that JCR is out v QPR - it could force Davey to play Hamil out wide - open up the pitch and give Mifsud space to get into.

What if the three teams below us and the two above us got six wins Would we still only need 5 wins then?
Strange, then .... That game against bottom teams at this time of year can be harded than v top teams - viz Charlton on Saturday. Mid-tables teams have less to play for and can be easier. Yop teams often are tense and more easily slip-up. I worry about Blackpool and Forest at home, but think there might be a surprise v Wolves or Birmingham, as there was two seasons ago, when Danny Nardiello got the winner v Brum. No one would have predicted that one! Any way - it will be a nail-biter! Not going to be easy, for sure, and we could do with keeping at least six points above the drop zone for as long as possible, especially for when the tough games come along.
