Paul, I know you're always right about these things but I thought I went there twice in the 80s/early 90s. The first time was a Saturday - remember being made to leave the stand quickly by the stewards when we were trying to watch other resulnts come in on a prortable TV. Then the other time was midweek in September 1990. Thought we won 3-2, an exciting game but could have been league cup I suppose - it was a Wednesday night, the 19th September I think.

Cheers. That explains the September 1990 game. The one in 1984 was also a night game and Clive Baker made his debut. It was our first win that season and we then went on an unbeaten run until just before Christmas at Oldham.

Doesn't explain the game where we were made to leave by the stewards though. That was a Saturday. About 83/84. I'll give it some more thought!
