Why do our crowds always get slagged off......and slagged off at that amongst fellow BFC fans?

Geographically, we are smaller than Donny and Donny have a catchment area to the East that only really has 3 teams ie Scnuthorpe, Grimsby and Hull who it has to compete with for support. We are slap bang in the middle of Leeds and Sheffield - then add in the likes of nearby Huddersfield, Bradford etc - not to mention the Manchester giants over the Pennines and I for one, applaud the loyal 9,000 - 10,000 who have supported BFC this season throughout what has been very difficult times.

I am not suprised at Donnny's poor crowds. The novelty value of the stadium is already wearing off and this, coupled with poor results is now seeing their crowds TRULY reflect Doncasters support as a club. After all, it's not that long since they were getting 500 v Forest Green.

I have watched BFC fpr the last 30-35 years and can never remember Donny getting bigger crowds than us. Long may it continue.
