Yup, love the programme even though I'm rubbish at it.

It's a tough quiz. I usually use Uni Chall as a warm up. So bit miffed they've shuffled them.

Me, too, mate. It bugs me that my wife & daughter seem to cope with the questions quite comfortably, whilst I struggle along like the Dodworth version of Forrest Gump!:D

Yep love it, love Victoria Coren Mitchell. Have a look at puzzgrid.com if you like the Wall.

    I think she's brilliant.
Yet again, even when Victoria's given the answer, I'm still none the wiser!:D

I didn't do too bad tonight. Got the 2nd wall long before they did.

auditioned for the programme in February with my Cambridge graduate mate and Junior Didcot Red (now a Junior doctor). I thought we did quite well but because the wall round was not computerised, we mucked that round up, thus we failed. It was a very interesting experience though.

It's was 16 "clues" on card in a 4x4 grid covered by cloth sheet. All the other rounds were on a laptop. We had spent 2 hours the week before practicing the wall using those from previous series on their website on a laptop. It took us too long together to grips with this although we did get the themes we ran out of time. I still love the quiz though.
