RE: Who Won The Loose Ball In The Centre Circle

De Silva tried to play it in to Odejayi who wasn't watching for it coming, defender knocked it out and Butterfield picked up the loose ball to send it to Sodge who played it out wide to RNL.

David Pleat your days are numbered my friend.... :D

So i guess you mean Butterfield? Hope to see more of him this season, seemed to get shut out when Hammill and Andranik came in as he was just breaking into the first team.

His touch was a little suspect at times, but how many times have we seen a striker collect the ball so close to goal, lay it out to the wing, and then bust a gut to get in the box?????not many is the answer!

I hope the lad does well, showed a lot of commitment and drive, sometimes that can make up for him being a little raw in the skill department.

Clearly has family support too, deserves his chance.

one of the most impressive bits about Sodje was his reading of the game, remember how he read the player intercepted the pass and played Kayode through on goal at the end? was impressive to say the least considering 90% had written him off on here before he even kicked a ball
