Is it Stevey T who is the surgeon on here? Anyway, just had a massive heart attack and the surgeon said that the heart disease had gone quite deep and therefore he was going to conduct a complicated 7 hour procedure and that if I was pain free for six months then this will be fine, but if I have any pain then I will probably need to have a heart transplant. Does this sound credible? At what point does disease inside a heart become an issue? Would I be better off getting a swiss army knife on the fecker? What is involved in open heart surgery? Why am I questioning an expert in the field & asking bunch of internet feckwits?
If I were you I'd cut your chest open with a stanley knife. Since your ribs will impede access to the heart, break these using a lump hammer and a 1" wood chisel. Now slice through the large blood vessel that arches out of the top of the heart. At this point, nip to B&Q and buy a stopcock. Fit this into the artery you've sliced and stitch yourself up leaving the valve poking through the surface. If you suffer any pain over the next 6 months, simply turn the valve to the "OFF" position.
Had open heart surgery in march was back at work 5 weeks later. But you're a cünt and will probably die.
