1) Scotland deserved to qualify for Euro 2008 but England do not 2) The music of Morrissey and the Smiths is "depressing". 3) Climate change is something new that we should be worried about. And we can make a difference to it.
4) Sheff Wed are a massive club and deserve to be in the Premier League, Champions league and probably the world cup as well.
No 3 You are going to be proved wrong on. Its already increased the price of bread and beer. Thats worrying
RE: No 3 Clearly I'm on a loser having this argument with an academic scientist but i reckon it seems obvious that climate change is something evolving that has been occurring since the dawn of time - witness ice ages etc. I'm not saying it won't have a dramatic effect on people's lives, I'm just saying that its not a new phenomenon that man has somehow introduced by spraying Lynx and chucking fridges away. And how can we make a difference when the Chinese are building a power station a week
We can cease trade with China.
It only takes a little push and we're giving it quite a big one.
Oh and we could stop the slash and burn in South America if we tried hard enough. Daft as it sounds we could give over with the bloody burgers as well. There's too much land going to crops for cattle. 90% loss of protein and they're farting the Maldives away.

At least if the Maldives go Stupid people will have to think of somewhere else to go on honeymoon.

First, stop buying the tidal wave of ***** electrical goods & toys from Supermarkets I had a British made Swanelectric kettle that was twenty five years old, that went two years ago and I'm now on my third Chinese made f-ucker.
The big danger for the UK is if southern Europe/Africa gets too hot and the populations therewant to come and live over here. Be like Bladrunner without robots.

British goods.
My mum had the same broom for thirty five years and in all that time it only hadthree new heads and two new handles.

An Irishmans shovel. Do you know they are turning dishwashers out in those Chinese factories for £20-30? Sold in the Uk for £200-300? We are Fuc-ked as Dirk might say.
Possible if you don't pay your workers.
I can't believe we're constantly whinging at them about human rights and still allowing the import of goods built for-free by falsely imprisoned people.

Absolutely The rhetoric we put forward at a political or moral level often stands in complete contradiction to the decisions we make from an economic point of view - and not just in China, obviously!

No worries. http://www.thedailymash.co.uk/news/environment/brown-orders-nation-to-bottle-farts-20071120544/
