We managed to stay up last season despite Davey buggering about with bizarre formations and JCR in the middle/sweeper. Yes the squad is thinner, but *if* we can bring a couple of players in as cover, we are not worse off. *If* we can bring a couple of players in, that are better than current players, we will have improved.</p> </p> The previews all say we struggled last year, and have lost players since then so we will struggle again. I'll see your optimism and raise you... The possibility that Hume will be available, Odejayi may have pulled his finger out, the youngsters RNL, Sodje, Butterfield et al. might break through and things could be looking up. Then again... Bassett's right, we should know our place.
