Optimists always admit to what they are , pessimists never have the balls to do the same

    They always claim to be realists , despite the fact that the realism they speak of has no actual substance . If we win at Charlton , it'll be "Wait till we play Watford" , or "Wait till we play West Brom" . If we were to win those games , then they'll simple move the goalposts of their argument , yet again , to another club . The town was full of these 'realists' during 1996/97 . Once it was proved that they'd been talking absolute B*ll*cks, they then came out with the standard "No one's more pleased than me that WE'VE won promotion"!!! My response was always along the lines of " Go forth and multiply" !!!
    I don't know how long we can stay in this lofty position , or even go higher . Then again , no one else does either . However , what I CAN do is enjoy it whilst it lasts . Especially when we turn in magnificent performances like last night's .
    Well done lads , you've done the town and club proud .

    I been happily enjoying the day with all non Barnsley supporters!!

    Playing up our success and been on nright high!! But don't want ppl to get carried away!! Like a bunch of deedaas gettin promoted when you've won a coupler games! lol

    It's been great at the steelworks today

    I've been trying to get all the Dee Dah's to sing"It's Just Like Watching Brazil" , but , for some reason , they were somewhat reluctant AND abusive !!! :D :D :D
