just wondered if anyone can help me before i waste my money calling technical help. every so often my internet disconnects and the little square box in the bottom right of the screen turns red/yellow.

when i double click on it the wireless network manager pops up and i have the option to re-connect. When i try to reconnect i get an error message saying "access point failed". it then asks if i would like to repair my hardware which i reply "YES" and then i get a 50/50 chance of getting reconnected. i have checked all phoneline wire and theyr all ok

why is my computer suddenly disconnecting? Do i have a virus? is my reciever knackered?

    cheers for your help

Don't bother phoning them. I was on for twenty mins on sunday, and all they were doing was blaming my comp, how i tried to explain the prob was on both my comps not just one and it was obviously a line fault. after twenty mins they checked line, and guess what a problem was found. You can barely understand what they are trying to say to you. Absolute nightmare
