There's been lots of debates recently on here about what we need and who had good or bad seasons last term but the basic fact remains that if Mr Ritchies does sertain things we could have a good chance of promotion. 1/ Pick your keeper and stick,no good haveing a goalie so scared to make a mistake that he never relaxes and performs. 2/Get a settled back four let them develope as a unit,no good choping and changing every week makes it harder than it needs to be. 3/Pick a formation (hopefully 4-4-2)and stick to it get the wide men into good crossing positions and deliver quality also have 1 sitting in midfeild to break up play and another creative player. If Mr Ritchie organizes his team the right way we have a good chance Sheffield Wednesday didn't have a good team last year and look at them now it's all because they got a man in to sort them out and they reaped the benefits.....
