Has anyone else been to see ABBA Voyage in London? Me and my sister went yesterday as a joint birthday thing and it was just about the most spectacular thing I have ever seen in my life. It just looks so real, you can't believe your eyes. I have no idea how they do it, but the technology is mind blowing. I reckon we need to book to do it again. Would recommend to anyone.
Going 2 weeks today. Think I've mention this b4. My son said once you get beyond the first 10 minutes trying to work it out. You go with the flow.
If the male members had been called Sven and Dietmar rather than Bjorn and Benni then they would have been called ASDA.
Without doubt the best thing I’ve ever seen. I want to go back. Simply brilliant. Funny story about when I went. I was meeting my two daughters in Stratford. I was traveling from Donny, one daughter from Guildford and one coming in from Ipswich. My train was delayed and delayed and it was looking touch and go that I’d make it on time. My phone was continually pinging with daughters checking progress, sister offering advice on how to quickly get from Kings Cross to Stratford, husband offering differing advice. It was extremely stressful. I finally made it to King’s Cross, legged it to the next train and tried to work out my route from Stratford. I had less than ten minutes. Phone still pinging for updates. I’d given up hope of seeing the start. I legged it across the shopping centre and into DLR, now getting hot under the collar with 26 degree temperature and baking sunshine. It was one o clock and everyone was in the venue - apart from me. I rushed up to the gate and showed my bag. I was waved into the venue and down a corridor. A steward opened the door and it closed behind me. Silence! Pitch black! I honestly had no clue where I was or what to do. i was totally blind. Then i heard some muffled noise. The lights went up and I was on the dancefloor, smack at the front, about six feet from Benny!! Possibly my favourite day out with both kids and the Abba party next door topped it off.
