OT - Carers Recommendations

    Odd one this, but my mum has had carers over the last 5 years and just had a call 10 mins ago essentially binning us off.

    They've had her regular carer hand her notice in and now have no-one to cover this area.

    Has anyone had positive experiences with an agency they would recommend?

    We used TLC Homecare for our elderly relative. Got to say they were great. We had a couple of incidents with falls and their staff were spot on.

    My mum has used TLC since 2010, they been fantastic for her.
