    .........the good feeling experienced after the Leeds match seems to be a long long time ago

    The club wouldn't pay what he was earning with us last season, let alone meet his wage expectations now.

    And definitely not a Keith Hill type player. Your academic acumen must not threaten KH's, or it's "taxi !", as in "for Mr Haynes!"

    It was in response to Nudge saying our best player from last season has been transfer listed. The last thing i'd want is Adam Hammill back, actually i'd like Chris Morgan back even less so that's a lie.

    Imo, you can never go back no matter how good a player he was the first time. Still think he'd have benefitted from another 12 months here, just hope Butterfield thinks with his career in mind rather than the money.

    Some on here have really poor memories........Shackell and Haynes

    .......last season were easily our best players .........has the Blunts game been forgotten already ? !!!!!!!
    Who else did we have in the team last season that could match these two. Remember Butters wasn't the player he is now under Keeflicker
    There were rumours that a club last season was putting a bid in for more than £1 million for Haynes. Unfortunatly he's been injured this season and not fitted into what Keef wants, which is a shame because if Keef can transform Butters and OBrien like he has done then Haynes would really set this league on fire.

    Imo, Haynes was and still is very lazy. Can't beat a man, and isn't very composed in front of goal. He'ss supposedly got pace, but he's too lazy to show it. I've seen him have one good game in memory, Donny away last season. Must admit I didn't go to Bumhole lane last year so I can't comment, but he's scored 6 goals for us, in just 4 separate games. in my opinion, he's not that good, my opinion of course.

    Where is that from?

    Despite the efforts of Fat Frank Hammill played the full game for Wolves today which would be surprising if he had just been transfer listed

    To spoil Jay's fun, and enlighten others, archey wasn't saying that Hammill has been transfer-listed, he was answering Nudger's comment that our 'best player from last season' had been transfer-listed, and making the point that Hammill was our best player last season, not Haynes.

    We ended last season with two players I didn't want to see leave.........

    ........Shackell has gone for a give away £1 million and now it seems Haynes is going as well.

    If we had the current squad.......plus these two players playing for us regularly and playing like we know they can then we would be much better off than what we are now.

    Something must have gone seriously wrong for Keeflicker to consider off loading Haynes.

    Hill likes the team to be exactly that, and if you dont get into that way of thinking you are out on your arse. I like it this way. Means the team plays better and has a good atmosphere no matter who is playing.
