Needs to turn into a front 2.
An extra man in midfield, ideally so Benson can play with freedom, as defensively he is non existent. But he is probably our most creative player.
A front two of Morris & Cole, which means dropping Woodrow. But Cole provides the pace & I think he would link up best with Morris.

Cole. Iseka and Morris up front with woodrow given a chance to operate in central midfield. Alongside Gomes. Instead of Palmer.

Woodrow & Morris for me, Woodrow was at his best in a two with Moore & yesterday you could see a positive development between the two

The 3 should turn into a 2 if it's done right.. if the play is on the left, the right hand forward should be breaking his neck to get into the middle to partner the centre striker.. and vise-versa
But doesn't happen here for some reason.
We play with 3 inderviduals and a centre forward who likes to drop into mid-field. Where he's infective.

Woodrow is a poacher, that’s his best role, in and around the box. I’m fed up of seeing him out on the wing or with his back to goal. He was shocking yesterday.

i agree with everything you said up to the last four words , he was anything but shocking, he might not have been on top form but he gave 100 % , put a real shift in & linked play with the role he was asked to play .

Morris and Woodrow look like a good partnership. Agree with dropping a forward but on yesterday’s showing they would be the front 2

You’re right, he did give 100%, always does, but the roles in which he’s been asked to play this season, last season & the season before, he’s clearly struggled. He was shocking in his role yesterday, but like you said, still gave his all.
