Our midfield fcuks up yet again causing us to concede yet another goal which ultimately costs us a point. Result? Loan a left back Well done bfc, well done.
Not really no unless it was a proper experienced calm head. It seems we have got to the point where the club is loaning a 24 year old and trying to convince us that he is a calm experienced older player
If we keep persisting with this loan policy then why can't we loan a ******* manager who at least has a clue as to what he is doing!!!!
While he has got all those games under his belt, he is a poor defender , but he can run fast up the wing, whether he can cross the ball is a different matter. Tackling and closing down doesnt seem to be high on his skills list.
He's only here til January. I'm sure he'll do all he can to play to prove himself. If he gets injured it's just unfortunate, he will be sent back.
As I said last night I've heard Rotherham fans mentioning this on football heaven. I thought he was still injured.
I'm not sure if 91 league starts in your career is actually as experienced as it sounds. Alfie Mawson for example has started 72 league games already.
He played for Rov other week against Derby (as you'd know if you'd listened to YTs not a podcast. Tut tut ).
White's experience is all at a higher level, where he performed well. He's been a pro at that level for 5+ years and was highly rated. He's no seasoned pro, I'll give you that, but he's no wet behind the ears kid. We'll have to agree to disagree on it.
I didn't claim he was a wet behind the ears kid. What I was saying was that the wording of the clubs statement was a very clear attempt to convince people of his experience when in reality he isn't an old head with bags of experience, he's got the experience of the average early 20s player which shouldn't really be anything to about about
Wet behind the ears kid were my words, I didn't say you'd said them. I do believe he's got enough experience to be considered experienced. You don't. Fair enough. I'm not sure which club statement you've read though to think they're trying to convince anyone he's 'an old head with bags of experience'. In the one I've read LJ says 'Aidan is a young but experienced full-back'. Hope it works out for him.
