It is puzzling when championship clubs are wanting our players ie Perkins and Mellis, yet we are split on whether either are or were any good.

All I remember is him being rubbish for Wednesday, and breaking his foot, having scored. The fact is that unless you watch players from other teams on a regular basis, you can't know for sure.
Good players in a poor team look poor. It's a team game at the end of the day and if individual players are watched closely by other managers they can see what that particular player is about.
