No it isn't. It's meant to be a new person who has accepted that results are secondary to player development. A new person who has accepted the brief and is willing to play kids to give them game time and slowly but surely increase their value. "Toby sibbick has 46 championship games under his belt. Leeching" Sadly it's nowt to do with getting points on the board and all to do with getting percentage increase in stocks and shares and they've found a man who's happy to do it
It's got to be hard for the players. Firstly the majority of them don't look good enough for this level at the moment. Then factor in 3 different coach's with different ideas and methods. Murray was caretaker so long the players will have actually got used to him and then we change again.
Thought our shape in the second half against Stoke was the worst I've seen. There wasn't one. Terrible managerial performance. If Murray was ever in contention, that killed his chances. I thought we were poor first half today but at least there was a shape.
