Just recently they've all more or less ended up in non league (the ones loaned out I mean).

So is this an intentional move? Is it seen as a better level to learn at? Is it to show them they need to kick on here coz that's where they could end up? Is it that they're not upto L2 footy? Is it so they're in a part time environment so they're available to still spend time with us?

Just a thought provoking post on this dull Monday evening. Opinions?

It's so they can play on Friday afternoon and still be available for our bench on Saturday

It gets them games in a more competative environment than u21 games.

Saying than half of them will die of shock after being told to pass forward, have a shot

It's for one of two reasons -

They are seen by other clubs as not good enough for league football

    Or

We want a guarantee that they'll play regularly & league clubs won't offer that

I'd think because no League clubs show any interest in taking them on loan. No better than what they've got.

Probably just that teams aren't interested
