Clogan, Hassell, Vaughan, Reid, carbon, burns, conlon, mcphail, shuker, kay and austin are all out of contract at the end of the season, who would everyone keep?
certainly not Hassell DArlo mate at work has just asked my if Hassell will be playing, when I said yes his answer was 'Wev've got a chance then' He also reakons that appleby is fit and will play
If we do not get promoted, all except vaughan & conlon if we got promoted all except Vaughan, conlon and hasell, not sure bout carbon either?
It's good to see that we're in a position to sort this out early For the last few years we've waited until the season ended before discussing contracts. In my opinion Vaughan and Conlon will soon be gone anyway and if they're not I'd allow them to leave. Carbon, despite playing well this season, is just far too injury prone and is not worth a contract. Why pay someone when they spend half the time in the physios room? The rest I'd discuss a contract with although I wouldn't be desperate to sign Hassell and Austin, while Mcphail would be offered terms in line with the rest of the squad.

Why would he sign that? He's not daft, he knows that he's injured all the time too. He'd never get paid.
