    don't really know!

WHAT IS mark GOING TO BRING TO THE team ,where can he improve on the pitch .
from a short while ago some of the former Rotherham players are either now playing championship football or in Williamson experience now playing for a premier side ,is he going to continue to develop the same quality criteria with players that Ronnie Moore had under his stewardship.
Don't forget from Simon Davey's infrastructure of a development officer and playing matches pre arranged rather than reserves we have a way into bringing in players into the team pro actively at championship level. i.e Simon Potter and Jacob Butterfield.
Although Simon Davey has left the Club we need to use the positives of the infrastructure that has been developed, rather than wipe the board clean and start again. This i think would be a Backward step .
who ever takes on the Managerial position has a strong base on which to progress. This is not a Team in free-fall.Just needs some tweaking.Successful Managers who take over usually have a decent base of a team to work with ,to be successful at there next club.Only the football club can be knowledgeable as to what any future manager can offer through the interviews taken place .without this knowledge i cannot make a statement on which would be the correct answer.
positively the tenure of Simon Davey's Managership has in retrospect been good for the club.Very well thought out.Hope whoever takes over next can take the club onto the next level effectively playing attractive football and higher up the league.
