Think Hassell,Foster and Gray have now had their time at Oakwell and the club should be looking forward.


Also believe we should be saying ta-ta to Edwards,Doyle and Cotterill.

Do you honestly think Wiseman is a better defender than Hassell?

 

Hassell is the best full back at the club, is probably the best centre half and can play in midfield so why would we get rid? I'd also keep Foster and Gray, both on reduced terms but both can still play for us at this level.

 

Injuries,age and pace seems to be catching up with them.
I would rather pay wages to fitter,younger and better players.

 

They've all got a lot of championship experience and while I think two of them will probably only end up as squad players I think their experience will be a help. Sir Bobby in particular is still the best player in his position so it's the young pretender that needs to be upping his game.

 

I agree but Wiseman stays on no matter what. He can do no wrong as far as Keef is concerned.

 

Think Edwards has been far and away our best centre half - problem is keeping him fit.

I am suggesting Keith gets a better fitter player brought in.

Unless Hill is going to bring in younger proven Championship players I think we should keep them all. You need some old heads around the club. You can't fill the team with youngsters. None of them look ready yet.

Yesterdays game was the nearest thing you will get in the Championship to a Friendly with neither team having anything to play for.

I would keep Doyle who looked solid when he has been played at centre back.

Nowhere in that answer do you say ,. Hill should get another fullback, just you thought Bobby was past it and Hill should play fitter, younger and better players, so it certainly looked like you were saying Wiseman is better.

I'd keep Hassell and think Cotterill is worth a 12 month contract. I agree with the rest. I can't understand why Foster and Gray have been offered new deals and Edwards must be made of glass.
