    Start up your old PC.
Start Menu -> Search -> All files and folders
Enter *.dbx as your search terms.
Copy the results to a USB stick or burn a CD with them on or whatever.
Then start your new PC and go into OE.
From the file menu, choose Import and follow the wizard to import your messages.

I'#m sure someone will explain in more details soon, but find all DBX files on the original computer (you'll need to search hidden files).

Then open oe on the new machine, goto tools/options/maintenance/store folder, locate that folder and paste all your dbx files. You'll need OE shut when you do this. Also, delete the folders.dbx file.

Restart OE and you should have them back.

Then download thunderbird. Been using it about a week now - v. good.

Or do as RevvieP says ... sounds easier.

or use Revvie P's explanation ... sounds much easier.
