we must have and have had the worst p a system in the country for donkey years. its a complete disgrace i wonder if anybody ever checks it. must give them a ring monday.
I Thought He Had The Menu From Imperial In His Hand "Replacing number 40 Chicken Chow Mein is number 27 Sweet & Sour King Prawn"
RE: I Thought He Had The Menu From Imperial In His Hand Ha ha ha the announcer was so funny he did not have a clue, such a hard job trying to read the names, for comedy affect would have been funny if he said 'no. 12 Ian Smith'.
RE: I Thought He Had The Menu From Imperial In His Hand I dunno, he was quite ammusing. "Dannielson - ohh, I did ok on that one". and then when their last sub was made, he started the name brightly and then just fizzled out.
RE: I Thought He Had The Menu From Imperial In His Hand fair play to him, he will never have a harder line up to announce, I am struggling with el ham's name, do not know how to pronnounce it, any ideas?
Surprised it gets past Health and Safety checks. How would they go on if there was some kind of emergency?
Utter disgrace but plenty of Man City slogans and stickers and advertising hoardings to look at, to while away the time! What a bloody insult! You would think that the Club would have had them removed!
RE: Got to agree there Tina nt I spoke to the guy doing the annoucing and he is the catering manager who had to step in at the last minute and i asked him about the hoardings and he said it took 2 days to put them all up and the ground staff hadn't had chance to take them down with getting the pitch ready for it's third game in 5 days but they would be taking them down first thing on monday.
RE: So the catering manager is in charge of taking the hordings down as well I bet the cleaner did the announcing then and the bar staff were on the turnstiles, class!
