FOLLOWING a number of complaints regarding the public address system in the East Stand, the club have moved to rectify the problem over the last week. We have made several adjustments and are confident of an improvement at tomorrow's match with Yeovil Town. However, following an in depth examination several new parts are required to bring the system back up to first class standard and we are currently awaiting delivery in order to make further improvement. The Club are confident that the public address system will be back to full working order in the next few weeks.
Why can't they nip down to Currys? It's only wires an speakers and a mike, and a few woofters and tweeters and things. If I can't hear the announcements tommorrow i'll complain AND i'll tell 'em about that scoreboard an all. And are the letters mended on the outside of the facade yet? Disgraceful!

I heard.... that the people who come and do the PA came over this last week from Liverpool to check out the speakers but the Cherrypicker that they need failed to arrive from Wakefield Rd and so they could not do the job. But the company who provide the CHerrypicker promised they could get it there for next week, so no change in PA system (furious)
Look, you only need two tin cans and a very long.. piece of string. We can pass the audience tin around from person to person before the game and at half time and still get a better gist of what the club are trying to convey than that pathetic squeak from the so-called tannoy. Anyway, how long does it take to pass a tin can around six and a half thousand people?
