    I saw a tweet last night which claimed no bids had been received Paddy Madden.

    I dont think he's our man.

    Who is it then? Can't be Henderson? Who matches a description? I dont know many strikers in our league, Bradshaw? Collins from Shrewsbury?

    That would be a fantastic signing.

    Bradshaw with Jackson or Mcleod signed by the end of the week and we're looking strong.

    Lucas Akins - Burton striker 26. Powerhouse with pace who can operate on the left of a front three or down the middle.
    Lee Gregory - Millwall striker 26. Born in Sheffield and played for Halifax.
    Rhys Murphy - Oldham stiker 24. Linked with us previously and Johnson signed him in Janurary for Oldham.

    Did some digging and looked at strikers in this league that I thought could command the quoted fee of £400k. Gotta love hype and speculation!

    Think I'd put a cheeky bid in for Lee Novak at Birmingham. Still young but very experienced. Achieved promotion at this level before. Great touch, good feet and strong.

    Preferred position is on the right of a 3. Would be ideal and potentially available for the right money.

    Believe he fell out with Gary Johnson at Yeovil so was willing to drop down the leagues to get away from him. Nothing to do with his scoring record at the time.
