Plenty of free street parking with a mile of the ground.

I always park in the tesco bang at the side of it. Theyll send you a ticket through in the post but as its not handed out by government staff or the local council you dont have to pay it.

I know this as i was a member of staff at tesco for 6 years and the parking and security team told me this. Ive recieved stacks of them from tesco and never paid them, they then send me a letter a week after the letter arrives regarding the fine saying 'as a good will gesture we have decided to retract your parking fine and we hope you continue to shop at tesco'

We found there was plenty of street parking with no restrictions last season.

This used to be the case but the law has changed. You can no longer just ignore the tickets by private parking firms.

    Lots of street parking.

I parked on 'Stand Road' last year, which is next to a pretty big park. From there, it's a steady 10 minute walk to the ground, or probably a 3 minute run. A few pubs around there too.
