New York Stadium parking -----due to flood alleviation problems

We would like to make supporters aware that the New York Stadium will not be in its final finished state for the upcoming pre-season friendlies.

Like many large scale construction projects unforeseen issues arise which can lead to delays, and the flood alleviation works which have required the coordinated efforts of several outside agencies have been particularly problematic. As a result there will be ongoing works continuing during this time and we are keen to ensure fans are aware of this before the friendlies start.

Our pre-season friendlies will provide the team and fans with the opportunity to experience the new stadium against high quality opposition. They are also part of a process to ensure that all facilities and systems are in full working order in time for our first league fixture against Burton Albion.

We ask fans to take this into consideration when arriving at the New York Stadium.

    Car Parking

As a result of the above mentioned flood works there will be only limited parking at the stadium. The club have secured extra parking for these fixtures on Sheffield Road and at Bailey House where parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
