Park near ICU Then I don't have to take my bags into the ground!(if they'd let me) Text me or phone me when you arrive anyway. Might have to go back to ICU's minibus to get my bags first. It's all a bit of a kerfuffle
RE: Park near ICU its amanda by the way. and it would help if i knew where ICU was parking... i'm driving. be very afraid. i shout a lot when i'm driving coz lee's rubbish at co-piloting.
RE: Park near ICU Be careful where you park. Last time we were there the car was broken into and loads of stuff nicked.
RE: Park near ICU That's what I mean...phone me when you get into Bradford, or get Lee to, and I'll tell you where we are/where we're parked. I hope you're a safe driver lol... I'm off now anyway, catch you tomorrow darling x
RE: Park near ICU thanks for that. as if im not nervous enough about driving there, lol. where did you park? so i know not to go there.
RE: Park near ICU One of the side streets near the ground. Possibly Belle Vue on this map: http://maps.google.co.uk/maps?q=valley+parade,+bradford&spn=0.003154,0.009948&iwloc=A&hl=en It was about 8 years ago though, so I dont even know if you are allowed to park there.
There's enough parking off Canal Road, on the roads linking Canal Road with Queens Road, and on Valley Road only a few minutes walk from the ground. http://multimap.com/map/browse.cgi?...ovtype=&zm=0&scale=10000&right.x=4&right.y=99 You have to pay, but street parking is almost impossible, and as suggested above, the general area falls into the "inner-city" category.
In a word, "yes" If you go out of Bradford city centre on Canal Road (M606 to end, Ring Road A6177 [at end of M606 stay in the RH two lanes & take a left at the roundabout you end up on] & left onto A650 a mile later, you end up on A6037 Canal Road just by staying on that road - you will see Valley parade on your left after you cross Church Bank/Barkerend Road at the crossroads with the [disused] "**** & Bottle" pub on it)
