Not sure if anyone is familiar with it, but Parkinson's law states that work will expand to fill the time allotted for its completion, and can cause procrastination or even prompt people to fill their time with trivial matters. The increasing number of people behind the scenes at Oakwell is bringing this to mind, as is the phrase Too many cooks spoil the broth...
In what area do you think we have too many personnel? (It's certainly not the 'good players' department)
Is that a department, "behind the scenes"? Do you mean coaches, marketing bods, ticketing staff, I don't know what you're referring to.
I'm referring to our non-playing staff, which seems to have increased quite a lot over the last couple of years.
