Just received an email from iFollow. Got a partial refund for last Saturday's game against Bristol Rovers. Good to see that they've recognised us who live outside UK and pay for their content. Here's hoping the issues have been resolved for the rest of the season.
I just received a similar email that USD $5.11 will be credited to my Amex card. A prorated amount for half a game. They did nothing for the earlier game I complained about, which was SNAFU for much more of the game. They've also not responded about the issue with the recorded videos. They always start with the volume muted. If I click on the volume to increase it too early, the video goes into the flashing pixelated screen state with an error message, and I have to refresh and start again.
