Just been reading about some of our past players and what they're doing now. I thought I'd share where most of our Premier League squad are at now: Tony Bullock - Currently playing for Arbroath in Scotland Lars Leese - Recently been Manager at German club SSVg Velbert Dave Watson - Norwich City Goalkeeping Coach Darren Barnard - Manager and Director of Camberley Town Arjan de Zeeuw - Forensic Investigator Nicky Eaden - Assistant Manager at Kettering Town Chris Morgan - Reserve Team Coach at Sheffield United Adie Moses - Financial Consultant for Paul Kerr Associates Peter Shirtliff - Caretaker Manager at Bury Matty Appleby - Deep Sea Diver Martin Bullock - Currently playing for Waitakere United in New Zealand Neil Redfearn - Development Squad Manager and Reserve Team Manager at Leeds United Darren Sheridan - Manager of Salford City Eric Tinkler - Assistant Manager at Wits University in South Africa Luke Beckett (was actually given a squad number for the season despite being an academy player) - Currently playing for Goole Town Jan Age Fjortoft - Pundit on Sky Germany Andy Liddell - Fitness Coach at Ipswich Town Clint Marcelle - Owns his own Football Academy in Trinidad & Tobago Karl Rose - Manager of Frickley Athletic Ashley Ward - Bankrupt Pointless post but I'm bored on a Bank Holiday. Off to watch local side play at 3!
Was Ashley Ward a property company that went bust, sure i heard him being involved in something to do with Wrexham FC at somepoint.
Arjan de Zeeuw - Forensic Investigator perhaps he good do an in-depth review of last Saturday and tell us where the defence disappeared to?
Re: Arjan de Zeeuw - Forensic Investigator Pot that get him back in our defence im sure he could still do a job for us, it couldnt get any worse im sure!
I read a good article about Ashley Ward and his wife and their property development company. I'm sure he had a lot of problems once the recession started as well as some dodgy advice along the way.
What happened to Ward? Failed business venture or something? Just found the answer in the replies above. Shame.
Re: What happened to Ward? I've searched high and low on the internet and cannot find anything regards Ashley Ward being bankrupt. As far as I am aware he and his wife design multi million pound houses for the stars of the country on a consultancy basis so cant see why the would go bust. I would surely be able to find it on the web if he had. His Mrs designed Gerrard's, Rooneys houses etc In addition Nicky Eaden left Kettering about a year ago and is currently looking for employment
Re: What happened to Ward? http://www.insolvencydirect.bis.gov.uk/eiir/IIRRegisterNameInput.asp You can check here if he's bankrupt or not.
Re: What happened to Ward? Digging completed. One of their businesses, BWD, went into a CVA agreement in 2009 with debts of £1.3m but Ward and his wife pumped some of their own £15million fortune into the business and it is still trading 3 years later. Can I stress that £15m quid is hardly bankrupt!!!!
Re: What happened to Ward? Their website for your perusal. http://www.biltonward.com/bwd-developments/
They've clearly got some extremely wealthy clients From their website: "We are proud of our achievements in exceeding our clients' expectations and take great satisfaction from the repeat business we receive." Pretty good going to get repeat customers when you're in the business of building bespoke houses. "That's a smart house you've built us there love, here's a few million so you can knock us another one out."
Re: They've clearly got some extremely wealthy clients I'm going to ring them up and get my new build townhouse bespoked. Plaster board walls should be a piece of **** for 'em.
Re: They've clearly got some extremely wealthy clients Matty Appleby. Mickey Quinn calls the Pompey boss that all the time on TalkSport ha.
