Whilst we'll be forever in his debt for what he did, if he backs this clown in another transfer window he'll deserve whatever criticism he gets. We could have gone bust, started again and been in a better position than we are now.
Until you take the reins you haven't a clue what's involved (I don't mean you personally btw). It might look easy spotting what's wrong..but putting it right is a lot more difficult.
You'd start with getting some help after making a total forking mess of it for a great number of years. Proven help. Not smooth talking barstewards.
4th bottom and 4 wins in 16 games is a success for a club like Chelsea then?...although actually what I was pointing out is that there are no guarantees in football.
You're not getting what I mean,....I'm pointing out there are no guarantees..no matter who you appoint. He was sacked for abject failure (by their expectations,) at Real Madrid...one league title in a two horse race..but not a sniff in the Champions League, which is what they will have appointed him to win.
Bust how? Spend what we make and then we wouldn't have to rely on him for handouts that he should be spending on his family to treat them. It's not the fans who have asked him to write cheques to bump our budget beyond our income.
