Personally i think the lad is very good, not a out and out striker granted but excellent skill and control of a football. Thought he played really well yesterday and deserved to be on the winning side which should of been us. Huddersfield were poor and didnt deserve to win, McPhail was very good on the ball too as well as Brian Howard. Thought Richards was poor and his finishing cost us dearly, but all is not lost, if we show the same commitment and create the chances against the poorer sides we've to play against in the last six games i do think we will make the play-offs, big 3 points against Chesterfield, i for one dont fear Oldham we minced them 4-0 at fortress Oakwell, UP THE REDS!!! (worship) the Young Hayes
RE: my sig says my opinion its not that i dont like him-id love him to prove me wrong--but plain facts state he is not good enough-f.a.cup goals are ok but its the league that counts-he is inept in front of goal-and id bet 50 pounds he couldnt even finish a rice pudding
its the old arument we had with Sheron thats the trouble,I think he does a lot of good things trouble is he's in the team supposedly to put the ball in the net
RE: its the old arument agree-but at least most of the time sheron looked like he could score-hayes put the ball over yesterday from 2 yards out that is- cant remember him having a shot on taarget-and hes our main striker
Do we have anybody you do rate, just out of interest? Just curious, like. And that's my final say on the topic btw.
RE: Do we have anybody you do rate, just out of interest? in the current squad i rate:-- colgan hassel howard nardiello austin i feel are ok but could do better this season :---- mcphail carbon reid shuker devaney absolute shiiiiite :- hayes wroe kay (although has played well recently) richards wright
I'd love to know when Hayes missed from 2 yards.. so please enlighten me. I was there, and it didn't happen.
