    There’s a reason why he’s dropped down the league now - injuries have took over. Shame, but too much of a gamble for us.

    A fan owned BFC would have snapped him up and paid him 10k a week, then realised he's fooked.

    The same group who would have paid Gary Hooper £40k a week + Executive Box + meals + drinks for his family and friends until the end of the season. To only readilse he was only fit for 10 games and notched in just 2 of them.

    The only player I can see would be Joe Ledley - but again, he’s not cheap and might not be ‘up for it’.

    Are his injuries bad, then?

    I think he’d have been a quality signing - this just shows how we’re missing out by not acting ASAP. He’s always had a good attitude and been a quality experienced CB.

    Hooper and Rodwell are daft shouts - bad attitudes and big wages.

    Get Ledley in if possible though
