Agreed, good luck Paul... Could question his ability but never his desire and commitment to the Reds. Always gave 100% and is a good league one centre half. Good luck Paul, all the best.
All The Best Reidy A shame his last football for us was being sent off. He captained us to promotion, scored a play off goal and captained us to staying in this league. I will have fond memories of him always.
Nick Colgan and Andy Johnson also on transfer list according to club site. And Brian Howard given captaincy full time.
Good luck for the future Paul Never gave less than 110%, like others have said, even when his ability perhaps wasn't up to it.
Captained us during our finest hour of late, sad to see him go in that respect, but for the best I guess.

RE: Hope he gets a decent offer elsewhere He was always loyal to the club, but i think he knew and the manager knew that he couldn't quite cut it in this league. Good luck to him.
You hear alsorts of rumours at games and something was mentioned about Johnson quite a few months ago. Again someone mentioned at the Southampton game about an incident at training involving Reid.
I'm sad that Paul is leaving He was very kind and looked after me when I was a mascot . After the game , he was asking Mum and Dad about my illness . He is a lovely person and I wish him all the best for the future .
Utmost respect to him Fully committed and still think he is a good squad player but appreciate the fact he wants football. Although he might be lacking at this level I'll never forget his performace last season away at Stoke. Flung his body in front of everything and won every ball.
Good luck in the future Paul. Always committed, but unfortunately I have never rated him. He'd be a decent acquisition forany League One side.

I suppose I could have worded that better. He probably doesn't care - but it's just a figure of speech. Does the following taste better on your palate? "Always committed, but I have never rated him. He'd be a decent acquisition for any League One side"
Back to Northampton? Good luck. REALLY liked this guy. Decent player, possibly not up to Championship standards, but just a brilliant lad, and has given his all for BFC. His header at Huddersfield - again one of the best moments for me watching the Reds, and the pen at Cardiff. Also will never forget how much he seemed to enjoy the open top bus parade. (Y)
Good luck Paul Reid A top man through and through and proud to wear the red shirt - much more than some
