I'm not a fan of Souza, and I've criticised him on here ...

....... for losing his man regularly in the box and costing us a load of goals, however, he also has had some really good games when he's looked a class act, so overall I think he has the edge over Reidy, who in my opinion is an excellent League One player but not quite up to Championship football.

It's a shame because he's been a good player and captain for us and always gave 100% but that's football and good luck to him at Carlisle, think they will get the runners-up spot in League One so not a bad move for him if he stays there.

Too Early To Say Souza Is Better

Reid captained us to promotion, manned up to take a play off final penalty and captained us to staying up. Along with his play off semi final goal, he's done lots of great things for us during his time at Oakwell.

Agree, but I still think he's a good League One player...

...... and not quite up to Championship football, hence he nearly captained us to relegation last season and contributed to one of, if not the, worst defensive records in the league.

No room for sentiment in football mate, thanks Reidy, but time to move on
