I'm growing impatient and beginning to fear the worst. Either they simply had no idea who they wanted having done the dirty on Danny or they did and have been knocked back. Whole process has echoes of fiasco with Butcher and SOD before Flitcroft got the nod, only this time keeping rejections quiet. Can't see why it would take so long otherwise if we're after someone currently without a club. Makes Lee Johnson favourite on that analysis. Been at Newcastle Crown Court today and quizzed the Mackems of the legal fraternity re Paolo. All still had time for him, thought he'd delivered some deserved arse kickings but, bar a couple, were relieved he'd gone. Still worth a punt?
Patience young grasshoppers. They're interviewing people. I'm not sure why the stress. If they'd have appointed someone within a couple of days we'd have had people moaning they hadn't looked at alternative candidates. Can't win really.
