Paid for a computer Security Programme using Paypal on 27 Dec. The transaction is 'complete' the money has gone to Safecart. However nothing has come out of my account and no acknowledgement of receipt of the money from the company I paid. Does the Security Programme Company have to retrieve it from Safecart before it comes out of my bank account?
