PC help please - I'm a luddite.....

    Just tried to access my AOL e-mail account, but aol say this has been suspended due to suspicious (may not have been the word used - may have been something like abnormal) activity - I then went through the security question to log back in and I'm absolutely 100% certain I answered the question correctly (one does not forget how many holes in one ones had) - I also had to confirm my name which I'm also pretty sure of. AOL seem to think otherwise though.

    I have tried customer service on 0844 499 5555 but when prompted for my phone number the automated system did not recognise it!

    There is another premium rate number £1.53 per minute - but I refuse to pay an extortionate fee.

    Any ideas fellow reds? TIA
