    I have a crackling coming from my keyboard then it shuts down.....whats the problem and where can i take it to get sorted. Thanks.

    Yep. back it all up sounds like a short from the keyboard to the motherboard, its only a very thin ribbon cable normally. you could try seeing if it is trapped somewhere. But if its shutting down then you may have trouble backing your files you need up. If you wasn't in Leeds i'd do it for you.
